Ca y est... on devient des vrais kiwis !!!!

Après la résidence... on s'attaque à l'immobilier!!!!! Et oui hier entre midi et deux, on a acheté une maison, je suis d'accord un peu chérosse le déj!!! Mais c'était une bargain...

Après une semaine de tractations, ils ont fini par céder... bon on a du lacher un peu aussi... Bref, signature du compromis de vente hier et si tout va bien on emménage le 19 septembre. Et oui ça va vite ici et encore on aurait pu rentrer dedans avant mais on part 3 semaines en France !!!!!

3 bedrooms avec un petit terrain de 300m² sans gazon, oui on est un peu feignasse et on assume !!!! Un grand deck pour l'été et les jours où il fait bon... oui il y en a plus qu'on croit... Pas vue mer mais au bout de la rue il y a la mer !!!! On est sur une sorte de presqu'ile... quatier Pt Chevalier dans l'Ouest d'Auckland (6 km de CBD).
